New pulley group, composed of fixed and movable pulley with increased Ø from 100 to 110 mm

Fly Clutch
Ø 107 mm clutch, redesigned with new masses to adapt to the inverse rotation direction compared to that present in the scooter sector.
The Malossi spring coupling allows operation at an optimal predefined RPM engagement point.

Wing Clutch Bell
Reinforced clutch bell with a finned cooling ring, perfectly combinable with the newly designed high-performance Fly Clutch. This is the only component common to the scooter.
Primary gear shaft
We went so far as to modify the primary gear shaft to accommodate a pulley and clutch/bell group derived from the scooter world.
Having become the connecting element between the newly designed components, this shaft has been reinforced with an increase in the shank Ø to 13.5 and to be prepared for eventual external support, it is supplied with nut, oil seal and roller shell useful for assembly.

The enhancement of the Big Deps engine and the Malossi engine crankcase led to a deficit in the transmission of this vehicle, to overcome which the great experience of Malossi technicians designed a complete Over Range, suitable to support constantly increasing performance.
This new system is based on the new fixed pulley of the Fixed Pulley torque corrector, which has a larger diameter and absolutely cutting-edge technological features. It is precisely the larger diameter of the pulley that allows for a significantly greater transmission ratio excursion compared to the original pulley with its considerably smaller external diameter.
Malossi technicians paid attention to every detail in the realization of this pulley, using special materials and a particular type of thermochemical treatment, which gives very high wear resistance and equally high mechanical resistance. The new fixed pulley has been designed to ensure perfect operation when coupled with the Malossi torque corrector (Torque Driver), which has the same diameter.
To completely renew the transmission system and fully exploit its exceptional technical characteristics, the Multivar MHR variator has also been updated, equipping it with new roller tracks, a new contrast spring, and a new hub longer than the previous one, and therefore able to combine with a more powerful belt and optimize ratios. This new variator is the evolution of previous generations: born from years of experience gained on race tracks and from the Cad-Cam technology now available, it allows for top-level technical results.
To fully exploit the range of the new torque corrector group and the power now developed by competition vehicles, a new Malossi Special Belt with an increased section and updated length has been designed, which ensures maximum performance in all conditions of use (sold separately).
