1 . Fixed Pulley
This 15° fixed pulley has a diameter of 102 mm, is gas nitrided and hardened to induce excellent durability, has a positive double "D" mounting on the hub, and is secured with an M24 galvanized nut.
2 . Torque Driver
It consists of a 15° pulley with a 102 mm diameter, TIG welded to a specially designed hub with a pressed EKU bushing. EKU is a dry self-lubricating material that ensures excellent sliding behavior and minimal wear.
Also adaptable to the original Piaggio system.
3 . Variator contrast spring
These springs, made of high-carbon silicon alloy steel and heat-treated, are dynamically balanced, oven-painted, and studied and calculated for each specific application.
4 . Fly Clutch
Fly Clutch consists of three new clutch shoes using the Malossi Fly system. Designed with a specific mass, it is paired with Malossi springs, to operate at an optimal predefined RPM engagement point. Once assembled to the hub assembly, the shoes are secured in place with a reinforced ring that provides rigidity to the entire assembly.
5 . Assembled fixed hub
This is the main structural component of the clutch.
Its multifunctional elements are: a shoe carrier for the clutch shoes, a chrome-plated hub in which the movable pulley operates, and a clutch bell that allows the starter pedal to engage and lock.
The assembly is TIG welded to the tightest tolerances to ensure perfect alignment. The pivot pins of the shoes have been increased to 6.5 mm in diameter and specially designed to be riveted and maintain alignment.
A primary gear shaft rotates internally within the assembly, supported by two 13x19x12 needle bearings, providing increased rigidity.
Two oil seals ensure a sealed environment for our Malossi lubrication.
