Polini Motori has created this engine casing to increase the power of your moped. This casing can be used to fit either original cylinders or oversized cylinders: piston Ø 41-43-46.
With the new casing, it is not essential to modify the crankshaft because the intake valve is advanced further than the original; however, if you have an already advanced crankshaft, you can still install it because it will not compromise the engine's maximum power, but will improve power at low speeds. To assemble the new casings, it is necessary to remove the engine block from the frame, disassemble the entire engine, and thoroughly clean all parts to be reused, including the new casings.
For the version with electronic ignition, the timing does not require any adjustment. Complete the assembly of the various parts and position the engine on the frame.
