Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 40–45 business days of payment confirmation. Products in stock are shipped within 3–5 business days. All times indicated are business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and company closing periods. Any special processing or treatments requested by the customer, including but not limited to Transparent Anti-Rust Cerakote, will result in an estimated extension of production times by approximately 1 additional week, as these are carried out by external suppliers and not directly at our production facility. For urgent needs, Fast Production services are available with delivery within 10 or 20 business days, with costs varying based on the destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and order volume. Once shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number via email. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays due to causes beyond our control, including courier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, strikes, or extraordinary circumstances. Returns and Refunds

Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal is excluded for custom-made or personalized products and for digital content provided on non-material support with acceptance of execution. In cases provided by law, withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days of delivery. The product must be returned unused, intact, and complete with original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or an error is attributable to DBR S.R.L. In case of a defective or non-compliant product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery by sending photographic documentation to assistenza@dbrfactory.com.
